I had a strange noise coming from the front-end of my vehicle. The service team fixed the problem quickly and explained the issue to me so that I understood exactly what was causing the problem. The cost to fix the problem was reasonable and everything was communicated to me in a timely manner.
Best customer service, prompt appointments, courteous, helpful staff. Old fashioned building and facilities. Garage is dirty, if customer I concerned about receiving vehicle back still clean inside, good luck. Even after I told service manager not 2 let dirty mechanic get in my car, drag his feet or put dirty, greasy shoes on carpet. Service manager did come out and "detail" my car when I went back in and called him on the filth left my mechanic..
